If you had to choose between your significant other and your job, which factors would you put into perspective?

We need a job to pay the bills and the loan for our flat. What kind of life would it be without a roof above our head and a bread on our table? One can choose to be supportive and appreciating rather than demanding. In this way both (marriage and performance) can benefit. Marriage is more important than job, but unemployment may be a very hard time we would be happy not to face.

My inner peace.

If I am calm and I have my inner peace then I don't have to choose anything.

If you are even contemplating keeping a job over your significant other, than he/she isn't truly significant

If they are truly your significant other theres nothing to put into perspective, if you have to put stuff into perspective you have not fully become one with one another and that is my thinking of what a significant other is someone you are truly one with.

How much do you love him. More importantly, how much does he love/value you.

I would choose my significant other because at any point in your life your boss could fire you leaving you with no work and s healthy loving relationship or marriage isn’t worth losing my partner over she would be there for me through good and the bad times weather it be a job loss or not

I would choose my significant other. He means more to me than a job. We would rather be broke and together than rich and apart

To me, I think I would choose the relationship over the job. A boss can fire you for no reason, but a loving, healthy relationship will have your back no matter the circumstances. Your partner would be there for you during the good and the bad times of your life. How many can say that the company that they work for would do the same?

Just wouldn’t happen unless there was no way I could find another job. Married 27 years, and that is way more important than a job.
